Dear Colleagues,
After presenting the new regional study “Global State of Young Scientists (GloSYS) in ASEAN – Creativity and Innovation of Young Scientists in ASEAN” at the German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina, GYA has announced the publication of the study in its hard copy form.
The study gives a well-rounded picture of the status of young scientists in 4 ASEAN countries. Amongst other things it provides insight on key factors and challenges that influence the creativity and innovation of young scientists and scholars, evaluates to what extent young scientists tend to continue their research and answers the question how policy makers and universities/research institutes in Asia can ensure that early career researchers are provided with adequate training and acquire the necessary skill required to contribute to science and research on a global scale.
