He is a Vice-Rector of Korea – Vietnam Friendship IT College, Da Nang
city, Vietnam. He got PhD degree in Communications Network from
Northumbria University – Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK). His study focuses on
Application of Mobile Agents for Network Operation and Management,
Smartphone technology, and intelligent mobile Ad-hoc networks, Visible
Light Communications System, and photonics system.
